The walk-in interview event saw participation from over 6,000 job seekers, with 500 candidates being shortlisted for further interviews. Seven companies from the F&B and retail sectors participated, offering various positions such as Admin, Sales, Marketing & Design, and Crew Store. The event also featured a talkshow with industry experts discussing the potential of digitalization in creating more equitable job opportunities.

The platform's digital solutions have been instrumental in helping companies like VIVI NICI expand their workforce efficiently. VIVI NICI, which started with just seven employees in 2020, now has over 60 employees, attributing their growth to Glints TapLoker's innovative recruitment tools.
The initiative is particularly timely as Bank Indonesia's data indicates stagnant household consumption in Q3 2025 due to slow job creation.
