Aceh Province Does Not Set UMP for 2026

Reason Behind the Decision

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has explained that Aceh Province will not set a new Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) for 2026. This decision is due to Aceh's ongoing recovery from the recent flood disaster. According to Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial dan Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (PHI JSK) Kemnaker, Indah Anggoro Putri, the province is still in the process of recovery.
