ADHI-NRCA Joint Venture to Commence Patimban Access Toll Road Construction

Infrastructure Development Boost

The joint venture between PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) and PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) is poised to start construction of the Patimban Access Toll Road Package I in the first quarter of 2026. This significant infrastructure project is being executed through a Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) agreement between the two major construction companies.

Project Details

The Patimban Access Toll Road project is divided into two packages. Package I, which spans 7.10 kilometers, will be constructed by the ADHI-NRCA KSO with a completion timeline of 16 months. The concession is held by PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban (JAP), the designated Badan Usaha Jalan Tol (BUJT). The construction commencement follows the signing of the Construction Services Agreement for Package I (Sta. 0+000–7+100) on December 18, 2025, in Subang.

Economic Significance

This infrastructure project is a crucial component of the broader Patimban Port development, a key national strategic project aimed at enhancing Indonesia's logistics and transportation infrastructure. The toll road will significantly improve access to the port, facilitating smoother logistics operations and supporting the overall economic viability of the port facility.

Implementation Structure

The construction is being executed through a KSO between ADHI and NRCA, with PT JAP overseeing the project as the toll road enterprise. The formal agreement was signed by Victor Nazarenko Mahandre, Director of PT JAP, and Rony Kusumanegara, representing the ADHI-NRCA KSO. This collaborative approach demonstrates the continued government support for major infrastructure projects through strategic partnerships between state-owned enterprises and private construction firms.
