The term loan facility will be distributed among four of ANJT's key subsidiaries: PT Sahabat Mewah dan Makmur (SMM), PT Kayung Agro Lestari (KALE), PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri (ANJA), and PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri Siais (ANJAS). The allocation breakdown includes: Rp1.39 trillion for SMM, Rp1.39 trillion for KALE, Rp760 billion for ANJA, and Rp1.06 trillion for ANJAS.
ANJT's management has classified this transaction as material due to its significant value relative to the company's financial standing. As of December 31, 2024, the loan amount represents more than 50% of ANJT's equity, thus meeting the criteria for a material transaction under financial reporting regulations.
