Bank Mandiri held a Kredit Program Perumahan (KPP) socialization event in Tangerang, reinforcing its commitment to the government's 3 Million Homes Program under the 2025-2029 RPJMN. The event, attended by over 875 participants from the housing sector, aimed to promote KPP as a financing solution for housing developers, contractors, and individual homebuyers. KPP is designed as working capital or investment credit for housing-related businesses and individuals, with loan ceilings ranging from Rp1 billion for micro enterprises to Rp10 billion for medium enterprises.
Bank Mandiri has reaffirmed its commitment as a strategic partner to the Indonesian government in accelerating national housing development through the 3 Million Homes Program outlined in the 2025-2029 RPJMN. This commitment was demonstrated through a KPP socialization event held in Tangerang, attended by over 875 participants from the housing industry. The event brought together more than 315 business players from the supply side, including developers, contractors, and building material suppliers, as well as over 260 micro-enterprises from the demand side who were potential users of KPP financing.
The KPP program, regulated under Permenko No. 13/2025 and Permen PKP No. 13/2025, functions as working capital or investment credit that can be utilized by businesses and individuals in the housing sector. The program is designed to be inclusive, catering to various segments of the housing market:

To be eligible for KPP, applicants must meet certain criteria, including being Indonesian citizens or legal entities, having a productive business operating for at least six months, possessing NPWP and NIB, and having no negative credit history. Applicants should not be currently receiving KUR or other KPP financing, although they may have commercial loans provided they are in good standing. The primary collateral for KPP is the object being financed, with the possibility of additional collateral as per the lender's requirements.

The program not only supports construction players and developers but also empowers MSMEs across various regions.
