Bank Mandiri will pay out Rp9.3 trillion in dividends, equivalent to Rp100 per share. The dividend payment is scheduled for January 10, 2026, with the record date set for January 2, 2026.
For BRI, the interim dividend for the 2025 financial year will be Rp20.63 trillion, or Rp137 per share. The payment date is set for January 15, 2026, with the same record date of January 2, 2026.
For Bank Mandiri (BMRI), the cum-dividend trading period will be until December 30, 2025, for both regular and negotiated markets, while for the cash market, it will be until January 2, 2026. The ex-dividend trading will commence on December 31, 2025, for regular and negotiated markets, and on January 3, 2026, for the cash market.
BRI's cum-dividend trading will end on December 29, 2025, for regular and negotiated markets, and on January 2, 2026, for the cash market. Ex-dividend trading for BRI will begin on December 30, 2025, for regular and negotiated markets, and on January 5, 2026, for the cash market.
The interim dividend payments will significantly benefit major shareholders of both banks. Danantara Asset Management, the controlling shareholder of both BRI and Bank Mandiri, is expected to receive a total of Rp15.89 trillion from the combined dividend payments. Based on November 2025 data, Danantara Asset Management holds 53.18% of BRI's shares (80.61 billion shares) and 52% of Bank Mandiri's shares (48.53 billion shares).
Other significant beneficiaries may include sovereign wealth funds like Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), which holds 7.466 billion shares in Bank Mandiri, potentially receiving Rp746.66 billion in dividends.
