The collection team employs a proactive approach by sending payment reminders to customers through digital channels such as SMS and WhatsApp. Notifications are sent at multiple intervals: seven days, five days, and one day before the due date. This early intervention strategy has proven effective in achieving higher recovery rates compared to collections initiated after the 30-day delinquency period.
As of October 2025, BBYB reported profitability of Rp517 billion. While this performance was partially supported by reversal of provisioning, management emphasized that the contribution from this factor was relatively limited at Rp120 billion. The bank attributes its financial performance to the reduction in credit exposure.
