PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk. (BKSW) has announced the closure of several branch operations across Indonesia's major cities. The affected branches are located in Bandung (Dago), Semarang (Gajah Mada), Surabaya (Darmo), and Jakarta (Pluit). The closure, effective January 5, 2026, has been approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through official correspondence dated October 24, 2025 ¹

Regulatory Approval and Customer Guidance

The bank notified OJK through letter No. 153/OJK-DIR-CMPR/IX/2025 on September 30, 2025, and received approval via letter S-278/PB.02/2025. In light of these closures, the bank is encouraging customers to transition to digital banking services including QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, QNB Online Banking, and Corporate Internet Banking. Customers are also advised to utilize the bank's Phone Transaction services for their banking needs.
