The bank notified OJK through letter No. 153/OJK-DIR-CMPR/IX/2025 on September 30, 2025, and received approval via letter S-278/PB.02/2025. In light of these closures, the bank is encouraging customers to transition to digital banking services including QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, QNB Online Banking, and Corporate Internet Banking. Customers are also advised to utilize the bank's Phone Transaction services for their banking needs.
