BCA Adjusts Operational Hours for Year-End Holidays

Holiday Schedule for Branch Offices

Bank Central Asia (BCA) has announced adjustments to its branch office hours during the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 holiday period. The changes follow the official national holiday schedule set by the government, which includes:

• December 25-26, 2025: Branch offices will be closed
• December 27-28, 2025: Weekend banking services will operate normally
• December 29-31, 2025: Branch offices will operate normally
• January 1, 2026: Branch offices will be closed for New Year's Day
• January 2, 2026: Branch offices will resume normal operations

Commitment to Digital Banking Services

BCA President Director, Hendra Lembong, emphasized the bank's commitment to maintaining uninterrupted service through its digital channels. "During this Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 period, we remain committed to ensuring that all our digital banking services remain available to customers and the public at any time," Lembong stated.

Operational Strategy During Holidays

The bank's operational adjustments are designed to balance between observing official holidays and maintaining essential banking services. While physical branches follow the holiday schedule, BCA's digital banking platform will continue to be fully operational, allowing customers to conduct their banking activities without interruption.
