PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has partnered with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) to deliver critical humanitarian aid to victims of the recent floods and landslides in Sibolga, North Sumatra. The aid distribution ceremony took place at Halim Perdanakusuma Airfield in Jakarta on November 28, 2025. BCA's Executive Vice President of Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility, Hera F. Haryn, handed over the aid to TNI representatives, demonstrating the company's commitment to supporting disaster-affected communities.

Comprehensive Aid Package

The humanitarian aid provided by BCA includes a wide range of essential items such as food supplies, mineral water, blankets, baby diapers, medicine, multivitamins, tents, and portable beds. This comprehensive package is designed to address the immediate needs of disaster victims and support their recovery during this challenging period. The distribution was carried out in close coordination with local authorities and security forces at the destination.

The natural disasters in Sibolga resulted in the temporary closure of BCA's Sibolga Sub-Branch Office and ATM machines in the city as of November 28, 2025. However, BCA has ensured that all employees in the affected areas are safe. The bank is working to gradually restore services in the affected regions. Customers can access banking services through the nearest BCA Main Branch Office in Pematang Siantar or use BCA ATMs in Padang Sidempuan.
