The dividend distribution is backed by BCA's robust financial performance. As of September 30, 2025, the bank reported a net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp43.39 trillion, with retained earnings standing at Rp252.04 trillion. The bank's total equity reached Rp276.63 trillion, providing ample capacity for dividend distribution while maintaining a strong capital structure.
Shareholders recorded in the Shareholders' Register by December 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM WIB are eligible for the interim dividend. BCA's Corporate Secretary, I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya, stated that the dividend distribution aligns with the board's decision approved by the commissioners.
While the bank has announced a significant dividend payout, management noted that the actual number of shares receiving the dividend might be lower due to the ongoing share buyback program throughout 2025 and into early 2026.
