PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), Indonesia's largest private bank, has introduced new eligibility criteria for its exclusive BCA Prioritas banking service. Effective November 10, 2025, prospective customers must meet specific financial thresholds to qualify for the premium banking services. The new requirements include maintaining an average Asset Under Management (AUM) of Rp1 billion over the last three months, coupled with either a low-cost fund balance (CASA) of at least Rp250 million or a full CASA balance of Rp500 million.
In conjunction with the new eligibility criteria, BCA has also announced changes to its service fee structure for BCA Prioritas customers. Starting January 2026, the annual service fee will increase from Rp500,000 to Rp1 million. However, customers can avoid this fee by maintaining certain balance thresholds - specifically, an AUM of Rp1 billion or more, or a CASA balance of Rp500 million or more.
The updates to BCA's priority banking service come as the bank reports strong financial performance. In Q3 2025, BBCA recorded Rp43.4 trillion in consolidated net profit, representing a 5.7% year-on-year growth from Rp41.1 trillion in the same period last year. This growth was supported by the bank's 7.6% year-on-year credit expansion to Rp944 trillion, driven by quality lending and maintained liquidity.
BCA's loan portfolio showed varied growth across different segments. The corporate sector led with a 10.4% year-on-year increase to Rp436.9 trillion, followed by SME loans growing 7.7% to Rp129.3 trillion, and commercial loans rising 5.7% to Rp142.9 trillion. Consumer loans grew at a more modest 3.3% to Rp223.6 trillion, with mortgage loans specifically increasing by 6.4% to Rp138.8 trillion.
The bank also reported significant growth in its low-cost funding. BCA's CASA balance grew 9.1% year-on-year to Rp999 trillion, aligning with an 78% increase in overall transaction frequency over the past three years. This growth in both deposits and transaction activity underscores the bank's strong market position and digital banking capabilities.
