BKN Introduces ASN Digital: Unified Platform for Indonesian Civil Servants

Enhanced Security Features for Comprehensive Management

The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has launched ASN Digital, a comprehensive digital platform designed to provide integrated management services for Indonesian civil servants (ASN), including both permanent employees (PNS) and contract workers (PPPK). This new system consolidates previously separate services such as MyASN, SIASN, e-Kinerja, and other related services into a single, user-friendly interface accessible at asndigital.bkn.go.id.

Security Enhancements through Multi Factor Authentication

A key security feature of ASN Digital is the mandatory implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), providing an additional layer of security beyond traditional username and password authentication. Users are required to activate MFA before accessing the platform's services. The MFA system generates a One-Time Password (OTP) that users must enter during login, significantly enhancing account security and protecting against unauthorized access or data breaches.
