The program has successfully absorbed 4,103 interns, comprising 3,570 from batch 1 and 533 from batch 2. The interns were distributed across various BNI locations, with 88% placed in 205 branch offices and 17 regional offices, while the remaining 12% worked at the head office. This distribution strategy aims to provide opportunities for young talent from different regions to gain practical experience in their respective areas.
The Ministry of Manpower, led by Minister Yassierli, has expressed appreciation for BNI's significant contribution to the program. The minister emphasized the importance of decentralizing internship opportunities, ensuring that talented individuals from various regions can participate without having to concentrate in major cities. This approach aligns with the government's efforts to promote inclusive economic development across Indonesia.
