Extensive Relief Distribution Across Multiple Regions

BNI has successfully distributed emergency assistance across three main regions: North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and Aceh. In North Sumatra, relief efforts were focused in Medan, Sibolga, Gunung Sitoli, and Padang Sidempuan, with the distribution of 52.5 tons of rice, 9.5 tons of sugar, and 10,500 liters of cooking oil ¹

. The bank also provided logistical support including blankets, medical supplies, and internet access to facilitate disaster response coordination.

Regional Focus and Community Support

In West Sumatra, BNI's relief efforts covered multiple affected areas including Padang, Padang Pariaman, Pesisir Selatan, and Pasaman, with the provision of 25 tons of rice, 10 tons of sugar, and 10,000 liters of cooking oil ¹

. Additional support included instant noodles, canned goods, healthcare supplies, and sanitation equipment for community kitchens and evacuation centers.

Specialized Support in Aceh Region

In Aceh, BNI established dedicated relief posts in North Aceh and Southeast Aceh to serve as coordination centers for disaster relief distribution. The bank provided four clean water tanks, health services including trauma healing, cooking equipment, 30 emergency tents, and 1,200 school uniforms for affected children ¹

Volunteer Deployment and Operational Support

BNI has also deployed volunteers as part of the relief efforts, working alongside volunteers from other BUMN companies to distribute logistics, clean public facilities, and support community recovery ³
