The relief assistance, valued at Rp25 million, includes essential items such as rice, instant noodles, eggs, ready-to-eat meals, baby supplies like diapers and formula, and elderly care products. The distribution of aid is prioritized in areas with the most severe impact, including Koto Tangah and Kecamatan Pauh in Padang. The assistance was handed over to the Mayor of Padang, Fadly Amran, for distribution to approximately 2,000 affected households.
BNI is committed to continuing its support for disaster recovery efforts. If the situation in Sibolga worsens or requires further assistance, the bank will coordinate with relevant authorities to provide additional aid. The bank's actions demonstrate its dedication to being present during times of crisis and providing meaningful support to affected communities.
Okki Rushartomo highlighted that the aid is not only intended to meet immediate needs but also to provide moral support to those affected.
