BP Tapera Reports Highest Ever FLPP Realization

The Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) has announced a significant milestone in its subsidized housing program. As of December 19, 2025, the agency has successfully facilitated 263,017 housing units through the Home Ownership Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program, representing a total value of Rp 32.67 trillion. This achievement marks the highest realization since the program's inception in 2010, demonstrating the continued demand for affordable housing among Indonesia's low-income population.

Strong Demand from Low-Income Households

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho highlighted that the strong realization underscores the program's popularity among Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) or low-income earners. The successful allocation of these funds was celebrated during the mass home ownership ceremony held in Serang, Banten on December 20, 2025, where 50,030 housing units were officially handed over.
