BSI has formally notified both the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) about the temporary service disruptions. The bank has also issued a public warning about potential fraud attempts during this period, reminding customers to maintain the confidentiality of their personal data, PINs, and passwords.
The bank has provided a detailed list of affected branches in both Aceh and Medan regions, with alternative service locations for customers.
