Emira brings over 28 years of experience in life insurance, health, and pension funds to her new role. Her career, which began in 1996, has spanned various strategic functions including technical and operational leadership, project management, digital transformation, and strategic marketing. She has worked with several prominent life insurance companies, including Prudential Bank Bali Life, Panin Life, AXA Financial Indonesia, and Chubb Life Indonesia. Most recently, she served as Country Representative for LOMA LIMRA International in Indonesia.
Budi Tampubolon, Chairman of AAJI's Board of Directors, expressed appreciation for Togar Pasaribu's contributions during his tenure since 2004. He welcomed Emira's appointment, stating that it represents continuity of strategic agendas while opening opportunities for strengthened industry collaboration and innovation.
