The investors, who are part of the Asatu Corporation, include PT Bahagia Bangunnusa, PT Rangga Ekapratama, PT Fajar Maju Berkarya Gilang, PT Batara Maduma Prospernusa, and PT Haidir Griya Karya.
According to the Head of OIKN, Basuki Hadimuljono, these investors are set to develop a range of sectors in IKN, including culinary areas, trade, private offices, and sports facilities. This diversified development approach is expected to not only enhance the aesthetic and functional appeal of IKN but also to act as a catalyst for economic activity in the region. By attracting such a significant amount of private investment, IKN is poised to become a hub of economic growth and development, aligning with the government's vision for the new capital city.
