Establishment of Klinik UMKM Bangkit

The Indonesian government has launched an initiative to expedite the recovery of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) affected by recent disasters in Sumatera. UMKM Minister Maman Abdurrahman announced the establishment of Klinik UMKM Bangkit, a one-stop service center designed to support UMKM recovery efforts.

Comprehensive Support Services

The Klinik UMKM Bangkit will leverage existing government facilities, including regional government offices and Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT), to provide comprehensive assistance to UMKM. This strategic approach aims to maximize resource utilization and streamline support delivery.

Government Coordination Efforts

To implement this initiative effectively, the Ministry has conducted coordination meetings with various stakeholders, including UMKM representatives, industry associations, relevant government ministries and agencies, as well as local provincial and district administrations.

Presidential Direction and Economic Recovery Goals

Minister Maman emphasized that the establishment of Klinik UMKM Bangkit follows instructions from the President to support local governments in accelerating economic recovery. The initiative is part of the government's broader efforts to expedite post-disaster economic recovery and restore UMKM operations in affected regions.
