Flexible Traffic Management Approach

The Indonesian government has decided against implementing a national one-way traffic policy during the 2025/2026 New Year holiday period ¹

. Instead, traffic management will be conducted flexibly and situationally, adapting to real-time traffic conditions and societal movement patterns. This decision was announced by Brigjen Pol Faizal, Dirgakkum Korlantas Polri and Wakaopspus Operasi Lilin 2025.

Toll Road Discounts and Infrastructure Support

To facilitate smoother travel, the government has introduced significant toll road discounts. Discounts of 10-20% will be applied to 26 toll roads during the holiday period ²

. Specifically, PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) is offering discounts on four strategic toll roads: Pemalang-Batang, Kayuagung-Palembang, Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu), and Krian-Gresik, effective on December 22, 23, and 31, 2025 ⁵

Stricter Goods Transportation Restrictions
