The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has introduced a 24/7 Command Center (021-171) for reporting and disputing social assistance (bansos) recipients. This service allows citizens to quickly report concerns about bansos distribution, which will be verified and processed within three months. The initiative aims to improve the accuracy of social assistance targeting through the National Socio-Economic Data (DTSEN). 16 million families have been verified to receive social assistance for Q4 2025, with 18 million new recipients currently in the final verification stage.
The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has launched a dedicated 24/7 Command Center operating at 021-171, providing a direct channel for citizens to propose or dispute social assistance (bansos) recipients. This innovative service enables rapid reporting and processing of concerns regarding bansos distribution. Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) emphasized that all incoming reports will be promptly followed up and forwarded to social assistants for verification and assessment.
As of November 2025, the Ministry has verified approximately 16 million regular beneficiary families eligible for social assistance during the fourth quarter. These recipients will receive various forms of assistance: Rp300,000 monthly BLTS (totaling Rp900,000 for three months), additional Sembako assistance of Rp1.5 million for Q4, and PKH (Family Hope Program) benefits varying by family components.
The Ministry is currently finalizing verification for 18 million new BLTS recipients, with about 16 million already meeting the criteria and 2 million still undergoing verification. Gus Ipul confirmed that distribution will be carried out through state-owned banks (Himbara) and PT Pos Indonesia once the process is complete.
In addition to the Command Center, the Ministry has also made available the Cek Bansos application, allowing citizens to submit proposals and objections digitally. The app requires users to provide necessary data for field verification purposes, streamlining the overall process and enhancing transparency in social assistance distribution.
