Following the New Year holiday, major Indonesian banks have resumed their normal operations on January 2, 2026. The banks, including BRI, BCA, Mandiri, and BNI, have announced their operational hours for both customer services and cash transactions.

Bank BRI Operational Hours

• BRI has resumed its normal operations with the following hours:
  • Cash services: 08:00-15:00 local time
  • Customer services: 08:00-16:00 local time

Bank Mandiri Operational Hours

• Mandiri bank branches are operational from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) between 08:00-15:00 local time.
• Customers are encouraged to use digital banking services like Livin' by Mandiri or visit nearby Mandiri ATMs for convenience.

Bank BNI Operational Hours

• BNI operates from Monday to Friday between 09:00-15:00 local time.
• The bank observes break hours: Monday to Thursday from 12:00-13:00 and Friday from 11:00-13:00.

The resumption of normal banking operations marks a return to regular financial activities after the holiday season. Customers can now conduct their banking transactions during the announced hours, and banks are prepared to provide their services as usual.
