The Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) program for the VII cohort in 2025 incorporated these principles through a comprehensive blended learning approach. The program included classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and practical field studies (Stula) that provided participants with insights into regional development implementation and public service delivery.
The training program's final evaluation was based on four key assessment areas:
All 47 participants, who were officials from the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, successfully completed the program. Three participants were recognized as Outstanding Graduates for their innovative change initiatives.
