Indonesian Government Launches Free Mudik Program for Christmas and New Year

The initiative includes transportation for 33,039 passengers and 5,628 motorcycles through various modes of transport including buses, trains, and ships. Registration for the free Mudik program commenced on December 1, 2025, and is available through the dedicated website nusantara.kemenhub.go.id. Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi has urged citizens to take advantage of this opportunity to travel safely and comfortably during the peak holiday season.
