This figure represents a 6.57% increase compared to the same period last year when 14.029.327 passengers were recorded.

The ministry provided a detailed breakdown of passenger numbers across different transportation modes. The railway system was the most utilized, carrying 5.380.544 passengers, followed by air transport with 3.496.901 passengers. Other significant figures include 2.578.163 passengers for sea crossing transport, 2.251.733 for road transport, and 1.244.308 for sea transport.
