This is not the first time Mentan Amran has successfully led a donation drive. During the Palu earthquake, he managed to collect nearly Rp50 billion in just half an hour. According to Amran, the high level of public participation reflects the trust in the Ministry's integrity and transparency, built through various initiatives including the eradication of extortion practices within the ministry's services.
