The inauguration of the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) in Balikpapan has been postponed, according to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahlil Lahadalia. Bahlil emphasized that the project is largely complete and ready for inauguration, but the government has decided that the President should be the one to officiate the ceremony.
