Sectoral Breakdown and Recording Mechanisms

The ESDM sector's PNBP is recorded through two different mechanisms: directly by the Ministry of ESDM and through the Ministry of Finance. According to Gita Lestari, Head of the Communication, Public Information Services, and Cooperation Bureau (KLIK) at ESDM, the ministry's internal records show that the PNBP under their technical responsibility has exceeded the target at 102.57%, reaching Rp130.71 trillion ¹

. Meanwhile, the remaining portion, largely comprising migas and geothermal revenues, is recorded by the Ministry of Finance, amounting to Rp97.3 trillion ¹

Optimism for Meeting 2025 Targets

Despite the year not being over, the ESDM remains optimistic about achieving its PNBP target of Rp256 trillion for 2025. Gita Lestari expressed confidence that with the current realization at Rp228.05 trillion, the target is likely to be met ¹
