BPH Migas Confirms Fuel Security

Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas) has confirmed that Indonesia's fuel stock will remain secure through the end of 2025. According to BPH Migas head Wahyudi Anas, the realization of Pertalite fuel consumption is projected to reach 90.43% of the allocated quota of 31.13 million kiloliters by the end of December 2025. This leaves a remaining stock of 9.57%, ensuring sufficient supply for the remainder of the year.

Fuel Type Performance

The conversion of kerosene to LPG has reached 97.06% of the prognosed target by the end of December 2025. For biosolar, the realization has hit 98.14% of the forecasted amount, with 1.86% remaining from the allocated 18.69 million kiloliters. These figures are based on the latest realization data as of November 20, 2025.

Year-End Fuel Supply Assurance

Wahyudi Anas emphasized that the national fuel stock is secure through the end of 2025 and specifically highlighted that PT Pertamina (Persero) is well-prepared for the upcoming Natal and Tahun Baru (Nataru) festivities. The flexibility in Pertamina's distribution network will help ensure that fuel supply remains stable, particularly in areas that become focal points during the holiday season.
