Jakarta Planetarium Offers Free Admission for Students During Nataru Holiday 2025/2026

The Jakarta Provincial Government has announced that Planetarium Jakarta will offer free admission to students during the 2025/2026 Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holiday period. This decision was made to promote educational tourism and provide students with an enriching experience during their long break. The initiative is part of the government's efforts to encourage learning and exploration among students.

Eligibility and Details

The free admission policy applies to students from both Jakarta and outside the city. The Planetarium Jakarta, located in the cultural hub of Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) in Central Jakarta, will be open to these students free of charge. Governor Pramono Anung announced this policy during the Aktivasi Planetarium Jakarta event held on December 23, 2025, at TIM.
