Jamkrindo Enhances Guarantee Capabilities through Strategic Partnership with FIA UI

Strengthening Professional Competence in Guarantee Services

PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) has partnered with the Risk Governance Centre at Universitas Indonesia's Faculty of Administrative Sciences (RGC FIA UI) to organize a specialized guarantee training program for its senior executives. This collaboration, conducted on November 26-27, 2025, focused on enhancing the professional capacity of Jamkrindo's human resources through comprehensive training in guarantee analysis, claims management, and subrogation processes.

Comprehensive Training Program for Guarantee Professionals

The training program featured expert sessions led by industry professionals, including Agus Supriadi, Jimmi Setya Budi, Bambang Hendraman, and Antoro Asih, who shared their practical experiences and insights on key guarantee modules such as marketing product management, guarantee risk management, and portfolio management. Notably, Herbert Salomo from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) presented on strategies for strengthening the guarantee industry and addressed current industry challenges. Other critical topics included financial performance evaluation, presented by Tafsir Nurchamid, and legal aspects of guarantee agreements, discussed by Try Widiyono. Azie Mega Poetra from BNI provided insights on the collaboration between banking institutions and guarantee providers, highlighting the importance of this partnership in facilitating credit access for MSMEs.

Certification Preparation and Professional Development

The primary objective of this training was to prepare Jamkrindo's department heads for the BNSP certification, a nationally recognized professional credential that validates expertise in guarantee services. The program concluded with a comprehensive final examination to assess participants' understanding of the material covered. RGC FIA UI awarded recognition to the top three performers, acknowledging their dedication and mastery of guarantee practices.
