The program, now in its second city after successful implementation in Batam, focuses on enhancing financial literacy and business capabilities among Generation Z entrepreneurs.
The GenKBiz Bandung 2025 program attracted significant interest, receiving hundreds of innovative business ideas across various categories including digital technology, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship. After a rigorous selection process, 20 semifinalists were chosen to participate in an intensive bootcamp where they received training on business strategy, financial planning, digital marketing, and business model refinement from industry experts and mentors.
The program culminated in a final pitching session during the Star Festival Bandung 2025, where the top 10 finalists presented their business ideas to a panel of judges. This event was part of a larger festival that combined entertainment, education, and empowerment, featuring activities such as a K-pop dance competition, Korean-style karaoke (Noraebang), and a local UMKM bazaar showcasing creative products supported by KB Bank.
