Overview of PPPK Recruitment

The Ministry of Human Rights (KemenHAM) has officially announced the opening of 500 PPPK (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja) positions for the year 2026. This recruitment process is governed by the announcement from the Secretary General of KemenHAM through Nomor SEK-1140.KP.02.01 dated December 31, 2025.

Available Positions and Requirements

The 500 available positions are distributed across various roles: 242 positions for Analis SDM Aparatur Ahli Pertama, 82 for Perencana Ahli Pertama, 108 for Penata Layanan Operasional, 66 for Pengelola Layanan Operasional, and 2 for Apoteker Ahli Pertama. Applicants must fulfill general requirements including being Indonesian citizens, having a minimum age of 20 and maximum of 40, and possessing at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Application Process

The online registration process will be conducted through the https://sscasn.bkn.go.id portal from January 7 to January 23, 2026. Applicants are required to create an account, fill out the application form, and upload necessary documents including a signed application letter, 16-point statement letter, work experience certificate, e-KTP, formal photograph, original diploma, and original transcript. For Apoteker positions, a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA) is also required.

Selection Timeline

The selection process will follow this timeline:

• Administrative selection: January 8-29, 2026
• Announcement of administrative results: January 30, 2026
• Objection period: January 31-February 3, 2026
• Competency test (CAT BKN): February 11-17, 2026
• Additional competency test: March 27-31, 2026
• Final results announcement: April 11, 2026
