Fee Increases for Visa and GPN Debit Cards

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI), one of Indonesia's largest banks, has announced changes to its debit card fees. Effective March 3, 2026, the bank will increase the monthly administration fees for both Visa and GPN debit cards. The changes are part of the bank's regular review of its fee structure.

Breakdown of Fee Changes

• For Visa debit cards, the lowest administration fee will increase from Rp1,000 to Rp1,500 for virtual cards.
• For GPN debit cards, the Silver category will see an increase from Rp3,500 to Rp4,000.
• Mandiri Tabungan NOW accounts will experience a fee hike from Rp5,000 to Rp6,000 per month.

The changes will be implemented starting March 3, 2026. Customers can contact Mandiri's customer service or call the Mandiri hotline at 14000 for more information about the new fees and how they will be affected. The bank has stated that the fees will be deducted monthly from the customers' account balances.
