Medco E&P Achieves Significant Gas Production Boost

Successful Workover Operation in Corridor Block

Medco E&P Grissik Ltd, in collaboration with SKK Migas, has successfully completed a workover operation on the Suban-22ST2 well in the Corridor Block, located in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The operation resulted in a significant gas production increase of 9 MMSCFD, far exceeding the initial target of 2 MMSCFD.

Strengthening National Gas Supply

The success of this operation will strengthen national gas supply and support Indonesia's energy resilience program. Djoko Siswanto, Head of SKK Migas, expressed his appreciation for the achievement, highlighting its importance for national energy security. The workover operation was conducted between October 30, 2025, and November 10, 2025.
