The company's parent organization, MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc., has announced plans to merge two of its core subsidiaries: Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd., effective April 2027. This strategic move is expected to have significant implications for the insurance industry.
