Muhammad Awaluddin Appointed as Jasa Raharja's President Director

New Leadership for State-Owned Insurance Company

PT Jasa Raharja, a state-owned insurance company, has appointed Muhammad Awaluddin as its new President Director, effective immediately. The appointment was made following an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on December 31, 2025. Awaluddin replaces Rivan Achmad Purwantono, who was appointed as President Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. in May 2025.

Awaluddin's Background and Experience

Muhammad Awaluddin has extensive experience in leading state-owned enterprises. He previously served as Director of Enterprise & Business Service at PT Telkom (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) in 2012 and as President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II in 2016. He also served as Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) or Pelni in 2024.
