License Revocations Continue Through Year-End

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has continued its regulatory actions into December 2025, revoking the operating licenses of PT BPR Bumi Pendawa Raharja and Koperasi LKM Gapoktan Sekar Harum ¹

Reasons for License Revocation

The OJK's decision to revoke PT BPR Bumi Pendawa Raharja's license was based on several critical financial health indicators, including:

1. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) below the required 12% minimum
2. Average Cash Ratio (CR) below 5% over three months
3. Overall Health Rating classified as 'Not Healthy' ¹

The regulator had previously placed the institution under Bank Dalam Penyehatan (BDP) status on March 26, 2025, followed by Bank Dalam Resolusi (BDR) status on November 26, 2025, after unsuccessful restructuring attempts ¹

Regulatory Framework and Process

The license revocation was executed according to POJK No.28/2023, which governs the status and follow-up supervision of Rural Banks and Rural Sharia Banks. The OJK worked in coordination with the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS), which will now handle the guarantee and liquidation process according to Law No. 24/2004 and Law No. 4/2023 ¹
