Jasa Marga Reports Significant Traffic Increase Ahead of Christmas

Record-Breaking Vehicle Exodus from Jabodetabek

PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) has reported a substantial increase in traffic leaving the Jabodetabek area during the Christmas holiday season. Between H-7 and H-4 before Christmas 2025, a total of 666,993 vehicles exited the region, marking an 8.1% rise compared to normal traffic conditions.

Traffic Distribution Across Major Routes

The traffic was distributed across various directions, with significant volumes recorded on major routes:

• Trans Jawa via GT Cikampek Utama: 151,925 vehicles (23.3% increase)
• Bandung via GT Kalihurip Utama: 153,507 vehicles (12.1% increase)
• Total towards Trans Jawa and Bandung: 305,432 vehicles (17.4% increase)
• Towards Merak via GT Cikupa: 202,226 vehicles (3.2% increase)
• Towards Puncak via GT Ciawi: 159,335 vehicles (1.2% increase)
