PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) has successfully acquired a majority stake in PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), increasing its ownership from 45.9% to 85.95%. The transaction, valued at Rp15.16 trillion, involved the purchase of an additional 2.35 billion shares at Rp6,450 per share.

Transaction Details

The acquisition was executed through purchases from PT Agung Sedayu and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya, as disclosed in the information transparency report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 19, 2025. This strategic move significantly enhances PANI's control over CBDK, consolidating its position as the majority shareholder.

The substantial increase in shareholding from 45.9% (2.6 billion shares) to 85.95% (4.95 billion shares) demonstrates PANI's commitment to strengthening its presence in the market.
