The aid distribution was carried out in collaboration with various entities within the Patra Jasa Group, including its business units such as Patra Parapat Hotel, Patra Dumai Hotel, Patraland Amarta Apartment, and Patra Residence Palagan. The company also partnered with PT Pertamina (Persero), BAZMA Pertamina, and JNE (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) to ensure timely and targeted delivery of the aid. Notably, the assistance was not limited to the general public but also extended to PERWIRA Patra Jasa Group members affected by the disaster.
