Enhanced Operations to Meet Peak Demand

Pelita Air is preparing to handle the anticipated surge in travel during the 2025/2026 Christmas and New Year (Nataru) period by operating a total of 16 aircraft. This fleet expansion includes two brand-new aircraft, demonstrating the airline's commitment to meeting growing passenger demand.

New Aircraft Deployment

Corporate Secretary Patria Rhamadonna announced that one new aircraft has already arrived, while the second is expected to join the fleet in early December 2025. The newly acquired aircraft are currently undergoing rigorous maintenance checks and administrative processing to ensure they meet all operational requirements.

Peak Travel Period Expectations

The peak Nataru travel season is forecasted to occur between December 22, 2025, and January 19, 2026. This period is traditionally characterized by high travel volumes as Indonesians visit their hometowns and take vacations. Pelita Air's strategic planning and capacity enhancement are designed to accommodate this surge smoothly.
