3. Dokter Kapal (Ship Doctor): Responsible for healthcare services on board, requiring: - Maximum age: 45 years as of January 31, 2026 - Active STR and SIP certifications - ACLS/ATLS/BTCLS certification - Willingness to complete STCW certification post-selection
