As of November 2025, 2.52% of Pertamina's workforce comprises individuals with disabilities, marking significant progress in the company's diversity and inclusion efforts. This achievement aligns with Pertamina's fourth Asta Cita pillar, which focuses on human resource development and equality.

Oki Muraza, Pertamina's Vice President Director, emphasized the company's commitment to creating an equitable workplace that supports employees with disabilities. 'Pertamina is committed to building an inclusive environment that accommodates all employees, including those with disabilities. We aim to eliminate stigma and discrimination while providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to contribute maximally,' Muraza stated.
