Pertamina Launches UltraDex Fuel, Meeting Euro 5 Standards

New Product in Line with Environmental Regulations

PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) has introduced a new fuel product called UltraDex, manufactured at its Balikpapan refinery. This latest offering follows the previous launch of DieselX from the Balongan refinery. Both products are designed to meet stringent environmental standards.

Technical Specifications and Environmental Benefits

The UltraDex fuel is engineered to comply with Euro 5 standards, characterized by an extremely low sulfur content of 10 parts per million (ppm). This significant reduction in sulfur emissions contributes to lower environmental pollution and aligns with global efforts to improve air quality. According to Milla Suciyani, Acting Corporate Secretary of KPI, both DieselX and UltraDex have their unique features, showcasing the company's production flexibility.
