Pertamina Patra Niaga has implemented a comprehensive strategy to ensure energy supply stability during the 2025/2026 year-end holidays. The company's preparations are driven by anticipated significant demand increases for fuel, LPG, and aviation fuel due to heightened societal mobility and extreme weather conditions.

Four-Pillar Strategic Approach

The company has developed a four-pillar strategy to address the challenges:

1. Energy availability at gas stations and LPG depots
2. Terminal and distribution infrastructure readiness
3. Special support for aviation and maritime sectors
4. Special services in high-attention areas

Mars Ega Legowo Putra, CEO of Pertamina Patra Niaga, emphasized that the company is focusing on risk mitigation, particularly in hard-to-reach areas affected by extreme weather. To ensure supply continuity in disaster-impacted regions, particularly in Sumatra, the company is employing cross-regional tank trucks, ro-ro sea transport, and alternative distribution schemes when land routes are disrupted.

Regulatory Oversight and Coordination

The Head of BPH Migas, Wahyudi Anas, confirmed that fuel stock monitoring shows adequate supplies with 13-18 days of inventory in Java-East Nusa Tenggara region. The agency is maintaining close coordination with Pertamina to ensure distribution policies can be quickly adjusted based on field conditions.

Social Initiatives for Key Consumer Segments

In parallel with supply preparations, Pertamina Patra Niaga has launched social initiatives targeting key consumer groups. Through the Enduro Entrepreneurship program, the company provided education assistance and free oil change services for online motorcycle taxi drivers in Surabaya on December 24, 2025. This program, conducted across 16 locations nationwide, involved 70 partner workshops and reached approximately 6,000 customers throughout 2025.
