Additional Facilities Introduced for Nataru Holiday

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN) has launched an initiative to enhance the travel experience for passengers at Sorong's Domine Eduard Osok Airport during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. The company has set up Serambi MyPertamina, additional waiting facilities, from December 22, 2025, to January 5, 2026.

Enhancing Passenger Experience

The introduction of Serambi MyPertamina is aimed at providing travelers with a more comfortable and informative waiting experience. According to Corporate Secretary Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV. Dumatubun, the initiative reflects the company's commitment to improving its services, particularly in eastern Indonesia where mobility is significantly high during holiday seasons.

Promoting Digital Platform

The Serambi MyPertamina facilities not only offer a comfortable waiting area but also serve as a platform to introduce passengers to the various services and benefits available through the MyPertamina application. Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Papua Maluku, Ispiani Abbas, highlighted that MyPertamina is continuously being developed as a comprehensive digital service platform.

Passengers have responded positively to the new facilities. Firman, a traveler heading to Manado, appreciated the comfort and helpfulness of the Serambi MyPertamina. He noted that the facility provided a pleasant waiting environment and valuable information about MyPertamina and other Pertamina services.

Broader Implementation

This initiative is not limited to Sorong Airport; Serambi MyPertamina facilities are also available at other major airports across Indonesia, including Kualanamu Medan, Minangkabau Padang, Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang, Yogyakarta International Airport, Juanda Terminal 1B Surabaya, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar, Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan, Sam Ratulangi Manado, and Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. This widespread presence underscores Pertamina Patra Niaga's commitment to enhancing customer experience nationwide.
