Pertamina Patra Niaga has launched an extensive initiative to support travelers during the upcoming 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year (Nataru) holiday season by establishing 34 MyPertamina rest areas across various strategic locations in Indonesia. This comprehensive program is designed to provide both essential services and comfort to travelers embarking on mudik journeys or year-end vacations.
The 34 rest areas are distributed across different categories: 5 main Serambi MyPertamina facilities are located at toll road rest areas, while 29 mini Serambi MyPertamina versions are spread across airports, seaports, toll road rest areas, and popular tourist destinations. This strategic placement ensures maximum coverage of major travel routes and hubs.
These modern rest areas are equipped with a wide range of amenities to cater to various traveler needs. The facilities include free health services in collaboration with IHC Group, dedicated lactation and nursery rooms, prayer facilities, relaxation areas with massage chairs, and entertainment zones for children. Travelers can also enjoy complimentary goodie bags and participate in promotional activities, including redeeming MyPertamina points for special Christmas and New Year merchandise.
To further enhance the travel experience, Pertamina has integrated its digital platform through the MyPertamina application. Travelers can utilize the Trip Planner feature to plan their routes, locate nearby fuel stations, identify available rest areas, and access other supporting services. This digital integration complements the physical infrastructure, creating a seamless travel experience.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, emphasized that the MyPertamina rest areas are a crucial component of the company's Nataru Task Force services.
